Roof Maintenance and Waterproofing - Giving a old roof a face lift with some fresh new paint and waterproofing

What did we do?
We replaced broken tiles
We waterproofed the entire roof and sealed the skylight
We painted the roof with a rubber based roof paint

Renovations - converting a wasted space with a unused bar into a cozy reading and morning coffee corner.

What did we do?
We demolished the brick bar
We replaced the oregon floor planks where the bar was build
We painted the box containing the down lights
We reinstalled the down lights
We added the mirror

Landscaping and converting a very dull front garden with no shape into a complete different look and design with a beautiful set of different colours. We really enjoyed the transformation of this garden and the challenge of removing that tree 🤣

We also installed irrigation to ensure the garden stays green and beautiful at all times.

Building project still in progress
Unbelievable transformation that gives the property more than a face lift

What did we do?
Building the finishing wall at the same hight of the upper level by the pool
Levelling the ground by filling the lowest area to be equal to the pool
Adding custom concrete cement edging to conform to the pool edging as a border to the finishing wall to separate the upper and lower level of the property.
Adding drainage piping and Plastering of the finishing wall
Painting the finishing wall and boundary wall with a undercoat
Adding a boundary wall between the main house and the staff quarters for privacy and
Laying custom paving which conforms with the pool and finishing wall edging in front of the entertainment area and patio

Remaining items to complete this project is just the painting of the walls and finishing touches

Pool Installation and Building - Building a custom size Salt Splash Pool for those hot summer days for the humans and pets to cool off a bit. Another project that turned out beautifully.

What did we do?
We dug the swimming pool hole in the ground
We reinforced the walls with rebar and wired mesh
We build the pool steps and concreted the inside and finished the inside with Marbolite
We added mosaics on the inside edge of the pool and finished the outside edge with custom concrete tiles
We installed the pool pump, salt chlorinator and filter

Another project successfully implemented by KasiBora. Moving and repairing customer gate after damaged by truck of a delivery company. Job included repairs to the gate, paining, building new structure walls, plastering, fixing and relaying paving, moving of the gate motor. Their pipe steel yard to now have their main entrance in the street view, which also improves security.
