The best part? We perfectly replicated the original 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲! Now, this beautiful patio space retains its character and design flow but gains all the weather-resistant, maintenance-free benefits of premium aluminium.

Take a look at how we completely transformed this double garage into a bright, beautiful additional living area! To make this conversion happen, the old, bulky roll-up garage doors were removed, and replaced with two sleek 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼 𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘀.

To give the space a clean and modern finish, the new doors were manufactured in a 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 colour. We also utilized 𝟲.𝟯𝟴𝗺𝗺 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 to ensure this new room is secure, highly insulated, and flooded with natural light!

We replaced these high-maintenance old wooden fixtures with sleek, durable Aluminium while keeping the home's original design flow!

For the windows, we seamlessly swapped the old wood for new 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝘀, complete with a Sublight. We also upgraded the old wooden sliding door to a robust 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿. To ensure a perfect match with the rest of the home, we custom-added a midrail to the new door!

Witness this stunning upgrade of two large exterior entries! We completely transformed these spaces with custom-designed 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘀. To give them a striking modern aesthetic, we incorporated two R4SP midrails into each door panel.

Our installation process is all about the details. For this project, we precisely 𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿. 🚫 This flush finish completely 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 while ensuring the new doors are 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 and tightly sealed against the elements! 🌧️

We gave this kitchen entrance a major functional upgrade! We replaced the old solid door setup with a beautiful new 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁.

To completely brighten up the space, we designed the door with a glass top panel to allow maximum natural light to flood into the kitchen.

And the best part? We integrated a 𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗴𝗴𝘆 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿 right into the bottom section! Because we know just how important it is to give our pups easy, independent access to the yard while keeping the house secure. 🐶

To keep with the original design of the home while upgrading to modern durability, we included midrails. Now this space enjoys maximum natural light, effortless operation, and zero wood rot!
