SBT Juul Africa landed the contract to develop an USD 18 Million five star luxury hotel in the State of Bayelsa, Nigeria. This two phased project on completion will have 22 luxury suites. The luxury Castle Hotel complex based around a substantial existing residential guesthouse was the Governor’s previous guesthouse. The existing guesthouse was originally called “Gloryland Castle” and was completed in 2009. Extensive refurbishment and extensions will take place with supporting facilities also included such as the upgrading of the swimming pool into a Roman Spa and the provision of a new Chapel. The Castle Hotel will be the first luxury hotel to be completed in Yenagoa the Capital City of Bayelsa State.
