Big bowl with little legs ๐Ÿ˜‚. I really liked the slender look of the original legs though (see last photo). But, accidents happen ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ and one shouldn't get too attached to your original idea.
I spent some time this week trying to fix my mishap of last week. Carefully blending and scaping to mask the crack where I "glued" the bowl back together. Surely the crack will still be visible after firing? I am super curious to see of it works and if it survives the kiln. I'll keep you posted โœ‰๏ธ

Only a limited amount will be available, so give me a heads up if you'd like to pre-order.

I broke one of my pieces today. I can only be mad at myself ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ. We shall rebuild!

The slender legs will have to become much shorter little stompies and I will attempt to "glue" the piece back together with slip and cottonwool. It is not a guarantee that it will work though. I'll keep you posted on the results.

Lately my hands have been drawn to clay โ€” getting my hands dirty and exploring light and texture on a smaller, more tactile scale. It feels like an extension of the way I think about architecture: quiet proportions, natural materials, and how light touches a surface.

Image 1 and 2: the finished vessel.
Image 3: the vessel after bisque firing.
Image 4 and 5: the unfired vessel. Here the clay is still soft enough to scult and form into the desired shape.
