Quick out with the old and in with the new!
This old toilet had a cracked bowl that was previously repaired, with a change in tenants the owners decided to rather replace incase the crack worsens, took just 3 hours to remove and replace with a completely new toilet.

Started with this insurance claim for resultant damages to a ceiling from a burst geyser last week and finished it off yesterday.

Yearly oil treatment of timber cladding and deck done at the start of this week using 10lts of Galseal, been doing this treatment for the client for the last 4 years since removing all the varnish off of the wood as it just wouldn't last.

End result of the job started the beginning of the week, all walls painted with Satin sheen and ceiling painted with white PVA.

Yesterdays job involved taking down a temporary drywall that was put up to hide an uneven wall, priming the wall and then applying a skim to create a smooth new surface, once dry a undercoat will be applied followed by two fresh coats of low sheen paint.
