Roof conversion, additions and alterations.
This home near the river mouth and canals was completed end of 2021.
The house had been added to over a period of 40 yrs but nothing was cohesive so renovated the interior and added on a braai room and flatlet over the garage enlarging it for two growing families to enjoy.

A complete transformation for this home, finished end of 2020, the design and finishes had to be wheelchair friendly enabling every part of the house to be enjoyed for its fantastic views and location.
