Almost complete! 🏡✨ This Hermanus family holiday home is transforming beautifully, just in time for the December holidays. SKEP reconfigured the layout by removing unnecessary passages, opening up small rooms, and installing new windows and doors. The result? Bright northern light flooding in and a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors. Counting down the days! 🌞🌊

This 5-bedroom home was thoughtfully crafted to maximize northern light, frame breathtaking views of the majestic Helderberg Mountain, and capture glimpses of the sea. The design steps seamlessly with the steep natural ground level, ensuring both harmony with the landscape and privacy from neighbors.

With flexibility at its core, this home is designed to grow alongside the family, providing a space that evolves to meet their needs over time. 🏡
