- Highly qualified technicians who attend regular training
- A standby team for 24-hour assistance, and
- An energetic sales team.

We are committed to client satisfaction, and install only quality compo

nents in order to minimize false alarms. We have an extensive knowledge of CCTV systems and access control and ensure that the team keeps up to date with the latest products on the market.

📍 Position: Guarding Site Manager

Minimum Requirements:

✅ Grade 12 (Matric)
✅ Valid PSIRA Registration
✅ Valid Driver's License
✅ Minimum 3 years' management experience within the security industry
✅ Excellent leadership and people management skills
✅ Strong administrative and reporting abilities
✅ Good communication and client liaison skills
✅ Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
✅ Able to work under pressure and the site effectively
✅ Clean criminal record

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage and oversee guarding operations for the site
🔹 Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
🔹 Manage staff performance, discipline, and training
🔹 Maintain excellent client relationships
🔹 Handle incident investigations and reporting
🔹 Ensure all operational standards are met and exceeded
