An example of perimeter protection secured against vandalism.
We focus on efficiency when it comes to the perimeter.
Most will focus on aesthetics.
Finding non-conventional ways to cover and protect cameras from being turned away or hit by objects, becomes a challenge.
This my V1.0 solution for a Turret DS-2CD2347G3-LIS2UY/SL camera with 90ยฐ view.
It is an amazing AI camera with Guanlan AI, where I am yet to find a false alarm.
We integrate them with bi-spectrum AI thermal cameras (HM-TD2628-10/G1/T3A) to cover short blind spots (30m radius max.)
The thermals will be linked to 25W IP horn speakers (VERY LOAD) for audible voice warnings and off-site monitoring assistance.
A PTZ with auto-tracking comes in handy to track an intruder after he has left the perimeter field of view.
The trigger will turn the PTZ, after which the auto-tracking will follow him.
This is currently the best cost-effective solution for perimeter protection in my opinion.
- accurate triggers
- visual verification of trigger
- audible warning (preventative action)
Thereafter comes armed response when needed.
PS. We have replaced the concept of "beams" on alarms with these turret cameras.
We either pull them directly in on Hikvision's AX PRO alarm, or wire their relay output to any wired alarm.
