Cooking with herbs - feel free to share your herb infused recipes . . . when I was young, barefoot and visiting with a friend on their farm his grand dad used to tell us that kissing a girl without a mustache was like eating meat without rosemary. It took many years before I understood the value of rosemary in food. Alas, the bit about the mustache still alludes me.
Two recipes we tried today . . .
1) Potato halves boiled and then pan fried in butter with cilantro (fresh coriander), oregano, garlic, black pepper and squeezed lemon
