Most yall are doing amazing things, building homes and staff for your families, but guys, from me to you...

Block bricks may seem cheap to do foundation with but dont use them, they are not water resistant.

If you really want to save money, after building thet foundation with blocks, use 1 ply of mampara(clay stock) on the outer layer of, just the foundation wall, clay stock bricks are water resistant, the blocks will jusy assist to bear loads.

And remember to use Damp proof membrane after compacring your filling, which tou mist also spray with Steadfast( from NTK), most people do pest control in trenches then proceed to foundation brickwork, then fill it with soil that was not poisoned, which could be contaminated.
