The Living High-Rise.

This is The Brisbane Tower concept: a vertical garden, a hospitality hub, and a new icon.

Our goal at Van Ark was to create a building that feels as much a part of the landscape as it is the skyline. Developed with generative Al, this is our answer to the future of biophilic, high-rise architecture.

House Van Biljon | Outeniqua Strand

Van Ark was commissioned to create 2 outdoor entertainment areas for the Van Biljon family, that recently purchased their dream holiday home in the Garden Route. The aim was to add new functional/design elements onto the property, without undermining the design aesthetic of the existing house.
