Plastering is done and the structure is taking shape. The main living area has its round skylight in, windows and sliding doors are fitted, and the floors are screeded and ready for the next stage. Down the passage, natural light is already finding its way in. The shower recess has its niche formed and is ready for waterproofing and tiles, and first-fix plumbing points are marked and roughed in.

Plastering is complete throughout, windows are now being fitted, and the pool has been cast in front of the house. It's the point in a build where the spaces and proportions start to read clearly, with finishes next on the list.
