QUALIFICATION : Diploma in Construction Management or similar. experience main added advantage
> Drivers Licence able to Drive a Manual Car
> Can perfectly operarte a Dumpy level
> Can Prepare BOQs or Quotations
> able to Supervise all departments
> Neat in outputs
> Can Work under minimum Supervision.
POSITION 2. Site Foreman
QUALIFICATION : Good experience papers not a Limiting Factor just good Cv and referals
Drivers Licence advantage able to Drive a Manual Car
> Can perfectly operarte a Dumpy level
> Can make sure procedures followed
> able to Supervise all departments, ceilings, buildings, tiling, lanscaping, roofing, plastering ETC
> Neat in outputs
> Can set any building from Marking
> Can Work under minimum Supervision.
