What you get out starts with what you put in. If you want to give your tree a good headstart you need to start with the right steps. When you dig a hole for your tree the standard is a square not round hole! It has to be 1 metre by 1 metre by 1 metre! This allows the roots to spread in loose soil fast. After that, backfill soil and manure. I use, reds 50 50 manure to give the sapling a boost. At this point, pour in at least 25 litres of water. Back fill and take the sapling or tree out of its sleeve. That's the height it should sit in the hole. Once done fill up with soil and water again. Happy planting!
