3D renderings and construction photographs for our residential development in Chishawasha, Harare.
This residence comprises three bedrooms, an open-concept living and dining area, a kitchen, a theater room, and a two-car garage on the ground floor. The upper level encompasses three bedrooms with expansive balconies, a gym, a dedicated workspace, and a comfortable lounge area.
On the exterior of the structure, we proposed a red-brown facebrick finish for the ground floor and a white stucco plaster finish for the upper floor, with the intention of creating two distinct bands that still maintain a cohesive relationship.
A key feature of this home is a modern gate that leads visitors to the main entrance (shown on the 1st image). It is made of 2 plastered brick walls at 2.6m height, carrying light timber beams at 2.4m. Planters at both ends of the walls help to give welcoming and serene feel as one enters this home.
We intentionally positioned elements with varying textures in and around this residence to give different aspects of its character, as the viewer's perspective changes.
