Commercial spaces need more than just floor area—they need presence.

At this Terraforma project, the ground floor has a floor-to-floor height of 4.5 metres (14 ft 9 in), providing approximately 4 metres (13 ft 1 in) of clear height from finished floor level to the beam bottom.

Even after accommodating ductable AC, cassette AC, building services or a false ceiling, the space will continue to feel tall, open and premium.

This increased height improves internal spaciousness, exterior visibility and the flexibility to accommodate different commercial requirements—ultimately creating better rental possibilities and long-term value.

Phase One, Complete.

A glimpse into the transformation of Cimar Women’s Hospital—where the entrance buffer, reception, guest waiting areas and other shared spaces have been brought to life.

Wire theft on sites is becoming more common than you think.
What looks like “extra wire” is actually planned slack for proper installation and future maintenance.

Once it’s cut, it’s not a small fix — it often leads to breaking ceilings, rewiring, and unnecessary cost escalation.

A little site awareness and basic precautions can save an entire project.

A major milestone achieved—the ground floor slab is now complete, marking the rise of this project from groundwork to structure. What stands today is more than concrete; it’s the beginning of a space that will soon hold life, ideas, and aspirations. Every pour, every effort has brought us closer to something meaningful. As the building starts to take shape, so does the vision behind it—strong, steady, and built to last. Onward and upward, the journey continues with confidence and pride.
