Meet Julie! 💃🏻

For over two years, Julie has been working behind the scenes to keep OFP running smoothly, bouncing between the admin and accounts teams as needed. She can tackle anything as long as she has an endless supply of tea and 80s music playing in the background.

When it comes to design, Julie's a lover of Mediterranean themes for residential spaces (think whites and blues), while for commercial projects, she's drawn to those that integrate plants and nature 🪴

On her days off, Julie nurtures her green thumb, learning about and tending to her house plants (don't worry, it's the safe kind of addiction 😉), and also enjoys landscape photography 📸

Project Spotlight: Murfett Legal 🔦

Our cabinetry team gave the reception a fresh new look, including a timber batten finish that makes a strong first impression the moment you walk in 🪵

The kitchen also got an upgrade, with new overhead cabinetry, appliance recesses and a matching splashback that ties in seamlessly with existing joinery ✨️

One of our favourite projects to date, Killercut Barbers' fitout struck the perfect balance between contemporary and functional design: a modern green and black colour palette, oversized mirrors which increase space and visibility, and custom barber stations with integrated cutouts for appliances.

Our team delivered the project on time despite delivery and operating restrictions set by the Perth Transport Authority, given the client's location within a train station.

We transformed an outdated multi-tenancy building into a bright, modern, and highly functional two-storey consulting practice for Dr Mandy ✨️

The project involved a full demolition, followed by the design and fitout of the existing space.

New partitions, doors, and a mix of flooring were installed throughout to define each area while adding texture and character. This included speckled vinyl flooring in the children’s consultation area, along with warm timber flooring and green carpet finishes in the shared spaces.

We also designed, manufactured, and installed custom cabinetry, including the reception desk, kitchenette, and integrated storage.

The result is a welcoming environment that balances warmth and functionality, with timber tones, soft feature colours, custom joinery, and playful flooring elements suited to both adult and child clientele.

Meet Scott! 🥁🪴

An all-rounder, Scott is an Estimator, Flooring Division Manager & Site Manager at OFP. Over the past 7 years, Scott's favourite projects have incorporated multiple elements, including stone, wood, glass, metals, and more 🪵

Scott gets through his workday fuelled by a coffee in the morning and an early, healthy lunch, and he enjoys gardening, cooking & sport in his time off. Oh, and did we mention he's a passionate drummer? We did say he was an all-rounder!
