Broken tiles under solar panels are a very common thing, the brackets get screwed down to tight and over time break the tops of the tiles, it definitely makes you work for it getting them out. 2 Broken on this one, that small socket set definitely helps alot

Another one completed. Someone attempted to fix the valleys and only replaced the bottom section. In my experience when a valley is rusted in a section you need to replace the entire valley, as it's always rusted in other sections

This one I done was in desperate need of attention. The house was moved to it current location in Carisbrook 30 odd years ago. Back then the house was moved from Ballarat I think. The contractors dismantle the roof move the house and reinstall the roof, they even numbered the hip cut but obviously messed that up. I recut every hip and Valley. The owners were fantastic people. I love meeting so many different home owners

The Frankenstein job is completed. The owners friend installed the roof over 25 years ago using second hand tiles, 5 different tiles. I re shuffled and re cut every hip and every valley ,it's been leaking for a very long time, I would say from the day it was installed. It was a slow and painful job but it's done

Demoss today on a Nubrik tombstone. Replaced a broken tile under the solar panels, directly under the bracket, do you think they knew they broke it 🤔, the world's smallest socket set came in handy to undo the bracket from under the tiles

Just a few little jobs replaced a leaking box gutter ( Valley iron ) with a actual box gutter. Replaced broken tiles. Covered a front portico. And a quote for restoration on a tin roof. Sorry sir your roof needs replacing. Owner can't you just tape up the holes and paint it . I'm not the person for that job. Just replace your roof
