Three reviews, three things we never get tired of hearing: great work, clear communication and a team people are happy to have in their home. 🙌

Whether we’re installing a feature light, sorting out a switchboard or helping with the smaller jobs around the house, we want you to know what’s happening, understand your options and feel confident in the work being done.

Thanks to Izzy and J. Lee for taking the time to leave such kind feedback, we really appreciate it!

Cleaning your filters is a great habit, but there’s a lot more going on inside your split system than what you can see. 👀

Over time, dust, grime and build-up can make their way deeper into the unit. That’s where a proper split system deep clean comes in.

We get right inside the unit, protect the area around it and wash out the build-up that a quick filter clean can’t reach. And yes… the water at the end can be pretty satisfying (and sometimes a little horrifying) to see. 😅

If your air con smells a bit funky, isn’t cooling like it used to, or you genuinely can’t remember the last time it had a proper clean, now’s a good time to get it sorted before Perth summer kicks in.

A little extra peace of mind around the home. 📹

The Smartfix team installing and positioning security cameras for better coverage around this Perth property.

With security cameras, where they’re installed matters. We take the time to look at the property, choose practical positions and make sure the cameras are set up to cover the areas that matter most.

Another one ticked off by the electrical team. 👌

We know having tradies in your home isn’t just about getting the job done.

It’s answering your questions, explaining what we’re doing, respecting your home and leaving everything as we found it — just with the problem sorted. 🙌

Reviews like these mean a lot because they reflect exactly the experience we want people to have with the Smartfix team.

Big shoutout to Kyle, Tom, Taj, Keely and Ben, and thank you to Karen, Marie and Shirley for the kind words. ⭐️

A nice little upgrade that makes a big difference to the finished space. 💡

The Smartfix team installed this statement pendant light over the kitchen island, taking care to get the positioning and height right so it sits naturally within the room.

With a feature light like this, the final details matter just as much as getting it powered up — especially when it’s going to be one of the first things you notice when you walk into the kitchen.

Safe to say this one suits the space pretty well. 👌

Good work matters, but so does the experience you have while we’re in your home. 🙌

Turning up on time, keeping you informed, getting the job done properly and leaving things tidy — it’s the standard we want every Smartfix customer to experience.

And apparently keeping the dogs happy is part of the job too. 😂🐶

Thanks to Mat, Josh and Kirsty for taking the time to leave these reviews, and a big shoutout to Tom, Ben and Kyle for representing Smartfix so well.

“It only trips sometimes, so we just flick it back on.”

We hear this one more often than you’d think. 😅

A safety switch tripping is usually trying to tell you something. Sometimes it’s an appliance, sometimes there’s an issue elsewhere in the circuit, and sometimes it takes a bit of testing to get to the bottom of it.

The good news? You don’t need to diagnose it yourself. That’s our job.

And while we’re there, if there’s another power point, switch or electrical issue that’s been on your “we should probably get someone to look at that” list — ask us. We’re always happy to take a look.

There’s a little more going on here than replacing a few switches. ⚡

This job involved a full rebuild of a three-phase electrical consumer panel, including reorganising the electrical load across the property, installing safety switches across all circuits, and completing testing of the existing wiring, earthing system and roof space.

While we were there, the team also took care of a new hard-wired smoke alarm, weatherproof power point and a number of other electrical checks and upgrades around the property.

A big part of jobs like this is looking at the electrical system as a whole. It’s not just about fixing what’s directly in front of us — it’s making sure the property is properly protected, the electrical demand is managed and the installation meets current standards.

Plenty happening behind the scenes on this one. 👏⚡

Here’s how zoning actually works❄️

Not exactly, but with the right zoning setup, you can have much more control over where your air con is working.

Zoning lets you separate different areas of the home, so you’re not wasting energy cooling or heating rooms no one is using. The best setup depends on your home’s layout, roof space and how you actually use each area.
