Some homes tell you exactly what they want to be - and others reveal themselves through the people who live in them. When Deidre inherited her Kew home, it felt tired and a little forgotten. But spending time with her, Liz quickly saw something entirely different: a woman full of warmth, colour and personality.

The inspiration came from two unexpected places - the vibrant wallpaper in the bathroom and a treasured armchair Deidre brought back from Italy.
