Before any slabs are poured or frames go up, it all starts with the basics — getting your hurdles and set-out right.

Hurdles might not look like much, but they’re what every trade relies on to do their job properly. They lock in the exact position of the house, the levels, and all the key reference points across the build.

If this part’s rushed or off, it flows on to everything… walls out of square, misaligned services, headaches later on.

We take the time upfront to get it right so every trade coming through site has a clear, accurate reference to work from.

It’s not the flashy part of building… but it’s one of the most important.
