About the role
As a Wall & Floor Tiler, you will carry out a range of tiling and associated works across commercial, residential, and government projects. You will play a key role in helping us deliver quality outcomes, keep projects moving, and maintain our standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism.
Your responsibilities include:
*Carrying out day-to-day tiling and associated works
*Surface preparation, set-out, screeding, waterproofing, tiling, grouting, and finishing
*Reading and interpreting plans and ensuring correct installation methods
*Maintaining quality workmanship and attention to detail across all stages of work
*Working safely and in line with site requirements, SWMS/JSA expectations, and company standards
*Communicating professionally with supervisors, clients, and team members
*Managing materials and tools efficiently on site
*Keeping work areas clean, organised, and presentable
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled, but also reliable, adaptable, and takes pride in doing the job properly.
Must Have:
*Eligible to work in Australia without restrictions.
*A Cert III in Wall & Floor Tiling, or at least 3 years of hands-on tiling experience
*Strong knowledge of tiling processes, installation methods, and materials
*Experience across screeding, set-out, tiling, grouting, and finishing
*Ability to read and interpret construction plans
*A valid White Card
*Driver’s licence and reliable transport (Ute preferable)
*Your own tools
*Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professional attitude
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Willing and able to obtain a Police Clearance for Defence-related projects.
Nice to have:
*Experience in commercial construction
*Waterproofing experience
*Ability to work across both local and remote projects where required
*Sense of humour
