Blue Sky Nursery would like to thank the Minister for Primary Industry Tony Perrett MP for personally coming to see us and discuss our concerns over RIFA regulations for businesses without fire ants that are caught in 5km biosecurity zones. Hopefully businesses and governance can work closely together to create site specific permits to reduce the enormous financial burden imposed on agricultural businesses that fall into these zones as they appear.
