An apartment renovation project that my mentee Beth and I worked on in 2018 has sold at auction for $455,000 above the reserve price, when auction clearance rates in Sydney have dropped to a low of 25%.
This was a terrific result for the clients who enjoyed their home for eight years and are now moving to Tasmania.
