The rain might be pouring, but our dedicated stallholders are here and ready to serve you!
While there are a limited number of traders today, in attendance are essential seafood traders, banana traders, fruit & veg vendors, plant stalls, and a few other brave locals have braved the weather to make sure you can still grab your essentials.
If there was ever a day to show your love for local, today is the day. A slow, rainy market day is tough on small businesses, and they would absolutely love your support!

This is one of my favourite essential oils. Ylang Ylang essential oil
Botanical name: Cananga odorata
Common name: Ylang ylang 1st
Plant part: Flower
Extraction method: Steam distilled��Common uses: Ylang ylang has traditionally been used for its calming and balancing properties. It has been known to help relieve extreme mood swings��Strength of aroma: Strong��Aromatic scent: Sweet, exotic, floral aroma.

POINT OF INTEREST:
Ylang Ylang grows in the spice islands of Indolesia and is steam extracted from fresh flower petals with the yellow petals are said to give the best oil. The oil has euphoric and sedative effects on the nervous system, helping with anxiety, tension, shock, fear and panic. The aphrodisiac properties make this a popular wedding flower.

The tree of life is our structure and organisation of our being who we are on the inside and the outside.
In this symbol you see the top of the tree and the roots of the tree. The top of the tree of life is in the light. The bottom of the (TOL) is in the darkness. This is
An expression of our life. The roots of the tree are below. This region being our own internal abyss. Our subconscious.
The roots represent the trial and tribulations we go through in life. When we transform these challenging events of life we then have the knowledge and wisdom to help others transform their darkness into light. Know they self is the beginning of all wisdom. Why? Because we know what that darkness is like and we can also express how we transformed it. Helping others back to the light of there tree of life. The tree of life represents the cycle of life and death internally. Die to our past, die to our defects such as pride fear anger jealousy vanity envy etc. we do this by transfer of values. Transforming an inferior value to a superior value.
The tree of life is actually a map of how we came into creation and also the map to return to where we came from.
