We’re delighted to share the interior ambience of the residents’ community spaces of the first tower of Paradiso Place taking shape.

An elevated wellness experience, private dining zone, a refined w**e cellar and a luxury club lounge are being thoughtfully curated to complement the development’s beautiful north-easterly aspect, culminating in an exceptional sea-facing terrace.

The aesthetic is one of warm coastal elegance, using subtly textured stones and timbers set off with dramatic accent stones, featured as art pieces. The orthogonal and linear geometry in considered proportions creates a calming rhythm, that doesn’t compete with the ever-changing ocean and sunset views. Instead, it is a timeless backdrop.

DBI are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our internationally renowned and awarded company.

Our dynamic and progressive design team is currently working on a range of outstanding high-rise, multi-residential and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will possess experience and skills in the following areas:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience post grad.
• Must be registered in Australia / Queensland.
• Large scale project experience as lead architect
• Proficient in Revit or AutoCAD
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent programming skills within project teams
• Experience with Tier 1 builders

GRADUATE INTERIOR DESIGNER
We are seeking a graduate Interior Designer or Interior Designer with up to 2 years’ experience to work on a range of exciting projects out of our Gold Coast Studio. With an immediate start, the successful candidate will be working alongside our team of designers to grow their skill set.

You will be involved in all stages of a project, from concept design, design development documentation and site reviews. To be successful in this role you must be a collaborative and motivated person with a
• Recognised academic (Bachelor Degree) qualifications in Interior Design
• Sound knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Indesign

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with 10 years’ experience to work on a range of exciting large scale residential as well as hospitality projects out of our Gold Coast Studio.

The Role
• Create and lead projects from start to finish, through the stages of Concept Design to Construction Documentation as well as Construction Services, in a team environment.
• Interface and communicate with clients and consultants at a senior level.
• Translate client briefs into resolved and inspiring design outcomes.
• Collaborate with all design disciplines within our practice.
• Communicate effectively at all levels with other personnel within the studio.

Skills and Experience
• 10 years of interior design experience in high rise residential and hospitality sectors
• Revit and / or AutoCAD
• Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Building technology, fabrication techniques and materials used in medium to large scale projects.

To be successful in this role you must be a collaborative and motivated person with recognised academic (Bachelor Degree) qualifications in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.

Both positions above are full time in our Gold Coast Studio.
