Another proud milestone for the team, with Balmain recognised as a finalist in the 2026 MBA NSW Excellence in Housing Awards.

Set on a tightly held inner-city site, Balmain was shaped through thoughtful planning, precision and a considered approach to space. Natural light, refined detailing and a restrained material palette come together to create a home that feels generous beyond its footprint.

At Woollahra, our build team was involved from day one, working alongside our architects toward the same outcome from the very beginning.

Many of the challenges that arise during construction are resolved long before work begins on site, through early collaboration, shared knowledge, and a team working toward the same vision.

Positioned with intention across multiple spaces, each skylight draws daylight into the heart of the home - softening shadows, warming surfaces, and creating an atmosphere that shifts quietly with the time of day.
