How high can a building go before it affects the project?

For our latest project in Mortdale, NSW, our team carefully checked the proposed building height during the design phase. Using detailed building sections, we measured from the natural ground level to the highest point of the roof.

Confirming the height early is important because it can influence the building’s overall form, floor levels, roof design and relationship with neighbouring properties. It also helps identify potential planning issues before the design progresses too far, reducing the risk of costly revisions, approval delays and compromised spaces later.

Careful planning from the ground to the roof helps create a more considered and compliant design.
