Attention all families!

Tomorrow is our final meeting of the year and your Scouters will be sending out an email with specifics shortly (if they haven't already).

This is a formal meeting which will include our swim up ceremony. That means everyone should be arriving in full uniform. While we haven't been sticklers about pants up to this point, please avoid jogging pants, shorts or ripped jeans tomorrow.

We've invited the River Town Times to join us so you'll want to dress to impress in the event you make the paper!

We can't wait to see everyone out at Camp Bryerswood!

What a blast today has been.

The kids were laser focused and really represented 2nd Amherstburg perfectly. There's a fun night of campfire and mug up snacks still ahead!

Thanks to all the moms and dads who came out to help today. We hope you had just as much fun as we did!

What a great night with the Cubs at 2nd Amherstburg!

Our Pack took part in a variety of fun team-building activities focused on cooperation, confidence, communication, and working together. From active games to problem-solving challenges, everyone showed amazing teamwork and Scout spirit throughout the evening.

We also celebrated an important moment in our Pack with a special investiture ceremony. We were proud to officially welcome our new Cubs who have joined since January, along with Scouter Colin and Scouter Greg as they were formally invested into the Pack.

Congratulations to all of our new members, and thank you to everyone who continues to make 2nd Amherstburg such a strong and supportive Scout family!

It's been a fun morning so far! The kids and parents are total troopers!

What an incredible night!

The White Tail Council planned a park cleanup at Toddy Jones and the Navy Yard as part of their North Star top section award.

We also invested our newest Beavers: River, Amelia and Grayson! Congratulations 🥳

Each Beaver also received the badges they had earned this year.

Don't forget there eont be any meeting on Monday (Victoria Day).

We will be sending out final details about our Beaveree Camp soon. If you haven't sent in your payment please don't forget to do that.

Our final meeting will be May 25th where we will do our swimup and recognize yhose who achieved their North Star Award.

(I know there are several group pictures but not everyone looks at the camera at the same time so now you can pick the one you like best!)

A huge shout out to Kayden, one of our White Tails who really showed what it means to be a Beaver and proved that there is always a path to what you want.

A little shy of his 5 hours of volunteer hours needed for his North Star award, he asked for suggestions and ideas. With Mother's Day approaching, a suggestion of making some crafts and tissue flowers was made.

Mom shared that Kayden spent a few hours creating these treasures and another hour handing them out at one of the retirement homes.

Not only did he surpass his volunteer hour requirements, he brightened the day of so many people!
