We’re hiring. 😊

We’re looking for a Design & Client Coordinator to join the Exquisite Cabinetry team in Burlington.

This isn’t a junior role. You’ll own the entire client experience from the moment a sale is made — developing the design, running client meetings, locking every decision, and handing off a complete brief to our technical team.

If you love kitchens, you’re great with clients, and you know how to lead someone through a decision without chasing them forever — we want to meet you.

What you bring:
✦ Kitchen & bath design experience — studio, showroom, or builder
✦ Confident presenting designs to real clients
✦ Organized and deadline-driven
✦ Comfortable with kitchen design software — 2020 Design, Winner, or similar
✦ Local to Burlington

This panel-ready fridge and custom pantry are part of an incredible painted kitchen we recently completed — a space where every detail was designed to feel seamless and intentional.

From the hidden appliances to the clean riser and trim work that finish the cabinetry to the ceiling, this kitchen was all about creating a smooth, uninterrupted look. We carefully navigated the natural contours and imperfections of the walls to build something that fits perfectly and looks effortless.
