Designed by Lima Architects, this contemporary event venue was created to deliver a bold visual identity while offering a refined space for gatherings of 400–500 guests.

The project is defined by its iconic “U”-shaped canopy — an elegant architectural feature that shelters the main entrance and extends into a spacious second-floor terrace overlooking the city. The combination of modern materials, expansive glazing, and clean geometric forms creates a sophisticated and memorable presence.
Carefully positioned closer to the street, the building enhances the urban experience while keeping parking hidden behind the structure — a thoughtful planning solution that elevates both functionality and aesthetics.

Even with the challenges of a narrow site, the design achieves exceptional spatial efficiency and a strong architectural character, transforming the building into a standout destination within the area.

This new 5,037 sq.ft. addition introduces 17 bedrooms and contemporary shared spaces, designed with a modern architectural approach that balances functionality, accessibility, and comfort. Clean lines, refined materials, and a scale-conscious design allow the new structure to complement both the surrounding neighbourhood and the future vision for the site.

Phase 2 will focus on the renovation of the existing retirement home building, creating a seamless connection between both structures through a unified architectural language and cohesive design features.
Together, the two phases will establish a modernized retirement home centered on community, care, and quality of living.
