These are further interactions with the client via text. We take complaints very seriously and rectify them as soon as possible. This is why we are a 5 star business. In 50 yrs of service we have had one other complaint that was again unjust and proven. You will start to see an influx of customer reviews as I thought that I didn't need any as we let our quality and integrity do the talking. I guess to conform to growing Social media presence, I will ask clients new and old to leave a review. We will be pursuing legal action against this client if the review is not retracted. I will release videos and pictures after consultation with a lawyer.
