This project has almost come to completion!! Here is a great example of a render concept VS finished product.

During construction there were some changes that led to removing the sunken entry into the addition & raising the building up. Changes happen all the time on site especially when adding an addition to an existing building, you never know what you will uncover!

Local to Elora and built with intention ⛳️

Our clients came to us with a clear vision, modern flat roof addition that seamlessly ties into their existing home, with the ultimate goal: a dedicated golf simulator space with serious headroom.

Featuring a big patio slider overlooking the Grand River, plus a new roof to cover the existing patio and hot tub for year round use.

Tight timeline? No problem, we made it happen so they can enjoy this space as soon as possible.
