Local to Elora and built with intention ⛳️

Our clients came to us with a clear vision, modern flat roof addition that seamlessly ties into their existing home, with the ultimate goal: a dedicated golf simulator space with serious headroom.

Featuring a big patio slider overlooking the Grand River, plus a new roof to cover the existing patio and hot tub for year round use.

Tight timeline? No problem, we made it happen so they can enjoy this space as soon as possible.
