🎄🎶 IT’S TIIIIIIIME!!! 🎶🎄

Cue Mariah Carey because Christmas has officially taken over The Primitive Lane!! ❤️🎅

Oh my gosh y’all!! We are FINALLY done decorating the store and I cannot wait for you to see it!! 😍

After 3 weeks of decorating, rearranging, climbing ladders and having more glitter in my bra than a Vegas showgirl 😂 we are DONE!!

And oh my goodness, I am LOVING how it all came together!! ❤️

I swear I say this every year, but I think this might just be my favourite Christmas yet!!

I cannot wait for y’all to see it in person!! 🎄✨

Did you know my mama has been our official Christmas tree decorator for as far back as I can remember? ❤️

At 79 years young, she’s still at it, making our trees beautiful year after year. Seriously, what would a girl do without her mama? ❤️

We decided to do something a little different with this year’s tree, and I’m loving how it came together! Gorgeous florals, berries, beautiful glass bulbs, touches of sparkle, and of course, the BIGGEST velvet bow a Christmas tree could ever want! 🎄

I think Mama has outdone herself this year! ❤️

Real Touch Greens 🌲❤️

If you haven’t felt our Real Touch greenery yet, you’re missing out! Most of our Christmas greens this year are Real Touch, and honestly, it’s hard to tell the difference between real and artificial!

They look real, feel real, and the best part? You can enjoy them year after year without a single needle dropping! 🎄

We’ve already had TONS of greenery walk out the door, so if you’re planning on decorating this Christmas, don’t wait too long to pick your favourites!

✨ The Art of Transformation! 🎄

There’s something so satisfying about starting with a blank space and watching it come to life!

And honestly, it’s pretty easy when you have such beautiful pieces to work with! The gorgeous Real Touch greenery we received this year, stunning artwork from our local makers (yes, ALL the artwork in this section is locally made! ❤️), a few berries and velvet bows, and it all comes together!

This is one of my favourite parts of owning The Primitive Lane. Taking individual pieces and creating something pretty special!

And so it continues… Christmas decorating is in full swing at The Primitive Lane! 🎄❤️

Good thing I have a sister who isn’t afraid to climb on just about anything to get the decorating done! 😂 Tammy has been busy working her magic, and this week we’re tackling the front of the store!

And just to clear up any confusion, we are NOT closed while we decorate! We’re open as usual, Monday to Saturday, 10–5. So please excuse our Christmas chaos while we get everything looking festive! ❤️

What a fun day! So many adorable snowmen, a couple of Grinches, and even a penguin! I love seeing everyone’s projects come together and how each one turns out a little different!

We’re doing it all again this Saturday, and we still have spots available in our 2 PM workshop! 🎨
