High River Cleaning I believe your home should be an oasis and coming home to a clean home is a great way to start! Reg. rate is $45/hr per cleaner with a 2hr minimum.

A 4 hour clean can be done in 1 hour, 20 min with three cleaners. It is always best to book a longer first time clean to get your home in order. PAYMENT IS DUE on cleaning day. Gst is added to cheque and etransfer payments. Move out/deep clean rate is $55/hr per cleaner. If you have a fixed budget please advise as many things would have to be eliminated to fit within your budget. Cancellation must

be made prior to 24 hours or full rate has to be charged as staff will be paid regardless and we are turning away business prior. Your Satisfaction Guaranteed--�

No sponsorship for this but clients ask me all the time who I recommend for carpet cleaning and I personally reached out to Jerry when my husband was selling a home in Okotoks. I was super impressed by him. I wanted to post his card on our page so it would be easy for clients to find.

For painting I have personally used Michael and loved his personality and his work so I am posting that as well.

For plumbing services I always recommend Trevor at Lineham Mechanical. He has done work for a lot of our family. I will have to track down his business card. 587-585-1151.

Attention clients: I've spent the day working on the September/October schedule (up to Oct 16) and sending out early reminders. (I try to work ahead of schedule when I am going away). Hopefully it is not confusing getting reminders for September AND October but Thanksgiving falls on Monday, Oct 12 so cleans have to be moved over through the rest of that week.

If you need to change anything please advise me as soon as possible. The month of October is pretty full so don't wait until the last minute to notify me as we turn away clients in the meantime.
