Just installed 14 windows, 6 foot patio door, and a new front door in the sunshine Hills in North Delta. We pulled out first generation Vinyl Windows from 25 years ago. What a difference in efficiency 25 years makes. All loe366 glass and new exterior trim cut into the siding. Really changes the look of the house.

We transformed a worn-out basement door in Mission by replacing it with a durable PVC-framed door that will withstand the elements. The old door was prone to water seepage on rainy days, but with a pvc water barrier below, the new door and PVC trim on the exterior, we've created a robust water barrier that ensures a dry basement. By sealing the barrier to the concrete below and elevating the door, we've provided a long-lasting solution that requires minimal upkeep, leaving the customer thrilled with the result.

I installed a 6-foot Vinyl low-E argon patio door in Mission. The customer's old aluminum patio door had issues with opening and closing. The new door was finished with PVC trim on the exterior. The installation resulted in smooth door operation and improved energy efficiency.

Over the last two months, I have been working on replacing windows for a 1000-unit, 40-unit townhouse complex in Vancouver and expect the project to conclude within the next two months; the homeowners are pleased with the enhanced warmth in each unit. Each unit has its own unique issues to solve. Like exterior conduit for AC units.
