LHBA's Parade of Renovations is this coming Sunday, October 1 from 11AM - 4PM. Purchase an advanced ticket online to visit 6 newly renovations homes in London including Focal Point Home Improvements Reno at 112 Elmwood Ave E. where an 1880’s Italianate was returned to life as a single-family home after many years as a triplex. The interior was largely gutted and footprint expanded to include a custom kitchen, guest kitchen, new baths and principal suite along with new front porch and rear decks. This light filled, modern home in Wortley Village awaits, come see for yourself.

It was a great opportunity to participate in our first Parade of Renovations and we thank everyone at London Home Builders' Association who put time into the planning process to create a successful day!!

Also a big thank you to everyone who came out to support this year's charity. All proceeds have been donated to Youth Opportunities Unlimited YOU and we look forward to future projects together.
