It’s Friday, and my desk is officially a beautiful mess of material samples. 🪵🎨✨

If I’ve been a little quiet on your feed lately, it’s because I’ve been prepping for something very exciting and hands-on coming to our Markham studio this summer.

If you’ve ever wanted to learn exactly how to curate and build a cohesive, high-end palette for your own home, stay tuned. Details are dropping soon!

What’s your absolute must-have material for a dream kitchen? Let me know below! 👇🏼

True luxury isn’t about spending the most money, it’s about allocating it exactly where it matters.💸

🙋‍♀️In our projects, we prioritize permanent, tactile elements that elevate daily living:
- Statement-making, durable stone.
- Integrated layered lighting to set the mood, and
- Bespoke interior storage that keeps the perimeter entirely free of visual clutter.

As for the last tip in the video... yes, we might be a little biased. 😉 But anyone who has ever survived a major renovation knows that the most expensive thing you can truly skip is the stress, the endless design guesswork, and the costly layout regrets.

What’s the one item you wouldn’t skip? Let me know👇

Getting ready to host? ✨ Remember, the powder room is the perfect place to lean into a little unexpected luxury for your guests. 🥂

Host tip: If you want to elevate the space even further, a textured wallpaper is the easiest way to wrap the room in warmth and make those light fixtures truly pop.

The trade-off? Less square footage. The win? Total privacy.🙌

The answer is simple: Function > Square Footage.

In this project, we took a spacious but frustrating Jack & Jill and split the footprint 50/50, creating two completely private, full-functioning ensuites.

How we made the “smaller” footprint work:

Custom Storage: We moved the closet out of the bathroom area to maximize every inch of floor space, customized vanity for storage.

Seamless Continuity: We used the same large-format tiles for both the walls and the floor. This eliminates visual breaks, making the rooms feel open and expansive.

👯Two Personalities: Same layout, but two different color schemes to give each ensuite its own unique “retreat” vibe.

The bathrooms might be smaller in scale, but the daily “peace of mind” is a massive upgrade. No more coordinating morning schedules or sharing a sink. ☕️✨

Tell me, would you trade a big shared bathroom for your own private ensuite?💬

Never throw away your slab offcuts.

Nothing goes to waste in our studio. ♻️✨ When we cut a gorgeous slab for a large project like a seamless backsplash, we always save the offcuts.

Those leftover pieces are the perfect opportunity to add elevated, custom details to other spaces, like this beautiful console inset. It’s all about maximizing the material and bringing that luxury feel into the smaller moments of a home.

The bar for 2026 has officially been set. ✨

Opening night at the Living Luxe Design Show was such a great experience. There was so much to see, but the life-sized motorcycle carved entirely from solid marble was a total standout for me. 🤯

It was a night to remember catching up with everyone and seeing the latest in high-end design and tech. 🥂

If you could pick anything from the show to upgrade your own space, what would it be? 👇

Proved that even under 40 SF, black is a total power move. 🖤 Nothing beats the vibe of black subway tiles paired with a bold, large-scale grey terrazzo.

I absolutely love when clients trust the vision and aren’t afraid to go dark. It’s not “cramped”, it’s a high-end, trendy jewel box. ✨

What do you think, would you ever go this dark in a tiny space? Let me know in the comments ⬇️

I always find this is one of those things no one really talks about, but it makes such a difference once you see it.

Most kitchens use a standard bank of 3–4 drawers. It looks simple and balanced, but it also locks you into fixed heights based on the exterior.
So you end up storing things based on how the drawer looks, not how you actually use it.

These two deep drawers are actually four drawers in disguise.
Each one has an inner pull-out drawer, which lets me customize the interior heights for bowls, plates, pots, lids, and utensils 🥣🍽️🍳
Instead of forcing everything into fixed drawer sizes, this gives you flexibility without disrupting the exterior design.

Send this to someone who’s designing a kitchen right now 🫶
What do you think of this setup? I’d love to hear 👇
