For most of my career, the running joke was that I spent my days designing everyone else’s dream home but never my own. That joke is over.
This space is 750 square feet. Every single one of them was designed without compromise — custom materials sourced globally, every finish deliberate, every detail earned. What started as a builder-grade shell with an uninspired floor plan and a chronic lack of storage, character, and function became a home that exists to prove a point: that square footage is not a ceiling on what great design can be.
Smaller spaces demand more intention, not less. When there is no room to waste, there is no room for anything that does not belong. That discipline is what shaped every decision here, from the largest material choice to the smallest detail.
Constraint, when met with conviction, becomes an opportunity. Fortune favours the bold — and at 750 square feet, bold was the only way forward.
