What We’re Looking For
◾ Experience: 2 to 5 years of solid experience as a BIM Architect / Modeler
◾ Apprehension: A strong understanding of architectural details, construction phases, and building codes (Familiarity with Value Engineering principles is highly appreciated)
◾ Technicality: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360, and Dynamo is a strong plus)
◾ Problem Solving: Proven ability to run clash detection, resolve spatial conflicts, and coordinate models seamlessly with structural and MEP disciplines
◾ Teamwork: A proactive approach to supporting the wider architectural design team with excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities
◾ Drive BIM implementation on architectural projects by creating, managing, and coordinating 3D models from the schematic design phase through to construction documentation (LOD 300/400)
◾ Produce accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed shop drawings, and material schedules directly from the Revit models
◾ Conduct regular model audits to maintain quality control and ensure adherence to project BIM standards
◾ Collaborate closely and professionally with designers and engineers to ensure a successful and fully integrated project delivery
◾ Ensure our design concepts are efficiently translated into accurate, clash-free construction documentations
