Had called Craig due to an emergency of getting a communal lock fixed due to strangers coming into the property and the police being called. Had called Craig at 17.30 and he was with us within the hour!! Incredible service and incredibly grateful he was able to help us at extremely short notice. Craig helped us out with an issue with our misaligned door thats been no end of a nusance with handle and lock - He completely resolved an issue and came out as soon as we needed assistance! Fantastic service and he took the time to actually get to the root of the problem to fix. Will absolutely use Craig again for any other help needed.
