"I needed a new integrated built in oven,l wasn't sure about the appliance and if it would fit in the housing unit,l sent a e.mail to CA S Duncan,and l got a very,quick reply from Steve,at CAS Duncan,stating what appliances were in stock along,with prices.Steven,sent one of his staff out to take measurements and photos,in order to find a suitable built in oven.l,found the oven l wanted,and didn't have long to wait for it to be fitted.The price of the oven ,included installation,and taking the old appliance away.l,would strongly recommend this local company,if anyone is needing,a new appliance.CAS Duncan,have a showroom at there Aberdeen,premises. I was very impressed with the level of service,the professional expertise,from all of the staff. Bigger companies charge for delivery,installation and removal of,any old appliance,l didn't have any of these charges,l was only charged for my new appliance and VAT. If you deal with a local company,then it is much easier to get a hold of them. I was really impressed,with all of the staff,and the level of service provided to me,nothing was too much trouble.
