A few behind-the-scenes moments from Courtney Avenue. From bespoke plasterwork to material and finish decisions, we developed every detail as part of the architecture, not as an afterthought.

There’s a moment in every project where the room is still unfinished, but the direction is already clear.

Before the furniture, styling, and final details come in, this is where the space starts to take shape. Working through proportion, placement, and how the room should actually feel to live in.

A first look at the vision behind this one.

A bar, treated as architecture. Backlit stone, dark metal, and curved detailing make this a defining moment of Project Mirador.

At Courtney Avenue, the decorative details were developed as part of the architecture itself.

From the fireplace surround to the mouldings and plasterwork, each element was considered in relation to the proportions and character of the room. Drawing on a classical language, but made specifically for this home.

The result is detailed without feeling decorative for decoration’s sake. Everything has its place.
