This week's 16x20 with a 30ft roof span covered with rubber roofing.
Grey composite cladding meaning no more maintenance every year.
Black pvc trims
Double black pvc doors and windows
pressure treated 6x2 subbase
6x2 roof framing
18mm osb flooring and roofing sheets.
tongue and groove cladding inside with foil insulation.
electric pack 8 spots inside 4 outside
4 x double sockets
customer has went for 8x4 partition for sunbed sit in.
Grey wooden flooring
16x10 decking at front with steps for whirlpool bath.
finished off with decking cladding to box of the garden room.
