The To***co and V**es Act passed into law at the end of April. From January 2027, it will be illegal to sell to***co products to children born on or after 1 January 2009. The Act also gives the government powers to restrict va**ng as well as extend smoke and vape-free places to certain outdoor areas such as in children’s playgrounds and outside schools.
