The fountain of knowledge and the go to for everyone who has a problem or question. Always willing to do what is needed to get the job done, as long as he can crack jokes and have a few coffees with 2 sugars along the way! A wonderful way with both colleagues and customers, Neil will be sorely missed by us all but we know how much he is looking forward to his well-earned retirement and to spend more time at home with his family.
