Get your boilers checked regularly
Emergency call out from a customer she had no hot water only when she put the heating on.

Good thing we came out - not only was the diverter valve gone, expansion vessel split caused severe case rusting..

The flue wasn’t even connected the combustion pipe inside was cut too short 🥴 could see condensation coming back into the room! The customer also complained her and her family had headaches! Explains why.

To top it off flue wasn’t sealed at all obviously, condemned and will install this week.

It can only take from 150ppm in the blood to start causing physical symptoms like headaches, dizziness and nausea.

Get these things checked. You and your families life could be at risk ‼️

OPEN OVER XMAS 🎄

XMAS EVE/DAY/BOXING DAY

Emergency call out - customer had severe leak from cheap 3 port spindle that snapped. Damaged customers ceiling.

The customer had no hot water. Bit of a poorly installed cylinder and components….

But we replaced the 3 port with a Honeywell, stopped the leak got their hot water working

I’m open for emergency OOH call out ☎️
