The owners split their time between properties, so being able to remotely arm and monitor the system through the Ajax app gives them total peace of mind, wherever they are.

No keypad needed. Everything is controlled via the app or the Ajax SpaceControl fob.

This one was a really cool project, a grand designed, mixed residential & commercial property, with the commercial side operating as an art gallery and exhibition space.

The owners wanted one system, but with the flexibility to control each space independently. So we designed the setup with two zones: Home & Gallery.

Both areas can be armed separately or together, depending on how the space is being used, perfect for late-night exhibitions, private viewings, or everyday living.
