Recent job completed, remove old tiles, shower tray etc.. move pipework & Electric for new shower, installed marble effect panel, new shower unit and enclosure. All primed & sealed using mapei shower proofing primer, Classi seal & sanitary grade silicone.. yes I purposely notched into the ceiling then patched up leaving the machine cut at the bottom on tray and zero gaps top & bottom then sealed

Customer had a routered facia that needed replaced, no suppliers had it.. so remade it with a template of the other side...

Customer had a routered facia that needed replaced, no suppliers had it.. so remade it with a template of the other side, routered the edging to match, removed, treated, inserted & finished both sides of the facia with several coats of gloss..

So got a call about a bathroom, screen not done right, floor tiles loose, bath panel fell inwards when you walked past, damp issues and extraction fan not working by a handy brother in-law of customer 🫠..

I removed rotten joist, flooring, plasterboard, rotten studwork, architrave, bath panel, floor tiles, reinstalled shower screen properly, used proper plumbers mate with new bath waste, aqua tanked floor and lower wall, made new bath panel with plywood, added mosaic tile work as feature, added 3 new cool white spots and white panelling on ceiling complete with new 125mm extractor fan

Fitted kitchen, carcasses, doors, 40mm light cappuccino worktops, extractor fan and tiled with white subway tiles finish...
